Currently, we only ship within the United Arab Emirates. We do not deliver to P.O. boxes or international addresses at this time.

Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days, and express shipping takes 2-3 business days within the UAE.

Orders can only be canceled or modified before they are processed. Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible, but you may request an exchange according to our Exchange Policy.
Please note that we do not offer a replacement for "change of mind".
We offer a 7-day exchange policy, effective from the date of delivery. To qualify, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and meet the conditions of our Exchange Policy. We do not offer refunds.
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact our support team immediately with photos or videos. We will arrange a replacement if approved.
